DEB-PICTUREDebra Prevost – President/CEO

2010 marks Debra’s 30th year in Real Estate in Arizona. She served as Executive Manager for Century 21 Regional Headquarters, supervised Century 21’s involvement in Easter Seals and acted as liaison for individual brokers in over 20 franchises in the southwest United States.

Since 1990, Debra has been directly involved in Real Estate education and has been dedicated to improving the skills of real estate professionals. Her passion for the industry and for helping others prompted her to open AARE. Since then she has remained directly involved in every aspect of the school to ensure that every one of her students receives the best possible experience at AARE. NateWierdNate Hoelzen – Director of Marketing

Nate brings his background in Journalism and graphic design to keep AARE on the leading edge of technology. He oversees our online presence as well as all student communications and learning material. He has also served as managing editor for Sun City Living newspaper and has extensive experience in real estate advertising and marketing. Marlene Haendler – Student Services Representative

Marlene has over fifteen years experience in the Real Estate School profession. She knows the ins and outs of AARE's facility and she is always available to students for any questions they might have. Her greatest strength is customer service and you’ll notice this the first time you meet her. She will always welcome you with a friendly smile!
