  • Correct pricing policy for your FHA listings
  • FHA incentives to be paid for
  • FHA Short Sales (PFS) program
  • Correct procedure for marketing a VA property
  • The correct contract to use in the Offer a Compromise Program
  • How to put this all together to help the increasing sector of distressed families
