Intro Contract Writing

Basic Contracting Writing is required for all prelicense students before they can be licensed.  The course qualifies for 3hrs Contract Law Credits and 3hrs Legal Issues.

Requirement Changes In Effect for New Agents

Licensees are now required to obtain a Security Clearance Card prior to getting a license.  An application form must be completed and submitted to the Department of Public Safety along with a fingerprint card and a money order for $69.  The waiting period can be between 4 weeks to 6 weeks.
