Description:

This class is an important part of your real estate career and the new HUD buying and selling rules have changed for 2011. The increase of HUD homes available for sale at levels close to the early 90’s means this education will be instrumental in helping you sell or buy a HUD home as it is completely different from anything you are used to handling currently.

  • We will teach you what buyers can get for a HUD home
  • We will show you what financing is available for HUD homes
  • Understand how to bid on a home
  • Understand how to handle repairs
  • Learn how easy it is to handle repairs
  • We will show you what to do when you bid on the home
  • Learn the forms of HUD and why they are unique and why we use no AAR forms, except for agency disclosure
  • You will learn the HUD auction process as a very new program
  • Learn how to get your own NAID number
  • Most of all you will be shown how to market for HUD homes and how to attract buyers and investors for these homes in droves
  • Overall this class will allow you to function in the next tidal wave of properties to hit the market. This is a must get class
