This class is an overview of the correct method of completing the contracts and required paperwork for an REO situation. Students will have an understanding of the HUD REO program and be confident to utilize this important piece of the marketplace.

  • Broker/Agent Handbook, a Guide to Selling HUD Homes
  • Completing the contract online

Requirement Changes In Effect for New Agents

Licensees are now required to obtain a Security Clearance Card prior to getting a license.  An application form must be completed and submitted to the Department of Public Safety along with a fingerprint card and a money order for $69.  The waiting period can be between 4 weeks to 6 weeks.
