- Explain the three different foreclosure/forfeiture processes to the client
- Explain the protections offered the borrower by the Arizona Anti-Deficiency Statute
- Explain to their client alternative purchase options and how they should be integrated into the contract
- Identify and disclose the contractual pitfalls of short sales to both the buyers and sellers
- Explain the components of the Financing Section of the AAR Contract, Lender Pre-Qualification form and Loan Status Report to their clients
