This course is an overview of the NAR Code of Ethics and how it applies to your real estate career. Learn to identify aspirational concepts in the Preamble to the Code of Ethics. Learn and understand the process of arbitration. Be able to explain the function and purpose of mediation and the professional standards of the arbitration committee. Understand and list the benefits of the medication process. Any current updates will be discussed. This course fulfills the Board of Realtors 4-year requirement

Requirement Changes In Effect for New Agents

Licensees are now required to obtain a Security Clearance Card prior to getting a license.  An application form must be completed and submitted to the Department of Public Safety along with a fingerprint card and a money order for $69.  The waiting period can be between 4 weeks to 6 weeks.
