  • Correct pricing policy for your FHA listings
  • FHA incentives to be paid for
  • FHA Short Sales (PFS) program
  • Correct procedure for marketing a VA property
  • The correct contract to use in the Offer a Compromise Program

Requirement Changes In Effect for New Agents

Licensees are now required to obtain a Security Clearance Card prior to getting a license.  An application form must be completed and submitted to the Department of Public Safety along with a fingerprint card and a money order for $69.  The waiting period can be between 4 weeks to 6 weeks.
