This is a course designed to help students prepare for the state exam by teaching the principle and practices of the mortgage lending industry.  It is designed for individuals who are beginning a career in mortgage lending or those who are fulfilling the new NMLS licensing requirements implemented in July of 2010.

 

Arizona Academy of Real Estate is an approved NMLS Course Provider (#1400098).

Requirement Changes In Effect for New Agents

Licensees are now required to obtain a Security Clearance Card prior to getting a license.  An application form must be completed and submitted to the Department of Public Safety along with a fingerprint card and a money order for $69.  The waiting period can be between 4 weeks to 6 weeks.
