Mortgage Broker Licensing Program
AARE's 24 hour Mortgage Broker Program covers the principles and practices of mortgage lending. This course, taught by individuals experienced in the industry, will also assist students for the state examination. The course is taught in four 6-hour sessions that are scheduled on 4 consecutive evenings the week prior to a scheduled state examination date.
You must meet the following requirements to enroll in the Mortgage Broker Licensing Progam:
1. Three of the past 5 years experience in the lending industry or equivilent
2. Complete our 24 hour Mortgage Broker Licensing Program
3. Pass our school exam and the state exam
4. Be an Arizona resident
5. Post a bond

Requirement Changes In Effect for New Agents
Licensees are now required to obtain a Security Clearance Card prior to getting a license. An application form must be completed and submitted to the Department of Public Safety along with a fingerprint card and a money order for $69.
