Real Estate Broker Licensing Program

Our self-paced course is computer-based and consists of 18 five hour sessions.  The state of Arizona requires these sessions to be taken at a computer station at our campus.  However, we have created a schedule to provide students with the maximum amount of flexibility.

How It Works:

• Computer-based and self-paced using AARE's on-campus computers.  You choose how quickly you would like to complete the program within 6 months from your registration date.

• Fit the classes into your schedule by booking an appointment at one of our available computer times.  Our appointment times for each campus are listed below or on our appointment booking page.  Upon registration you will be emailed details on how to book your computer appointments.

• Students may take up to two sessions per day (but are not required to).  If you choose to attend two session in one day you will need to book 2 appointments for that day.

• Session quizzes, comprehensive exams and final exam are taken on computer.

• All materials are included in the tuition.  Just bring a pencil and calculator.

• Prepaid registration is required.  Paying for registration on this website automatically registers you for the program.

Requirements to obtain an Arizona Real Estate Broker License:

1. Must have been an active real estate salesperson for three of the past five years (out of state experience applies).
2. Must complete AARE's 90 hour Broker License Course, then pass the school and state exams.
3. A High School Diploma is not required.
4. Arizona residence is not required.
