90 Hr Arizona Real Estate Licensing Course

Arizona Academy of Real Estate is accredited by the Arizona Department of Real Estate to offer the 90 hour sales licensing program. This course meets the requirements by the State of Arizona to become licensed to sell real estate in Arizona. 

It only takes 4 easy steps to get your real estate license:

1. Register and pay online.  The tuition is $399 and covers all your course materials
2. Attend the 18 independent sessions.  You may attend the sessions in any order to fit your schedule
3. Take and pass our school test, then take and pass the state exam
4. Complete the application and submit to the Arizona Department of Real Estate with your Security Clearance Card

You are now a licensed real estate professional!

You may attend classes at either of AARE's campuses to complete your 18 sessions.  This allows maximum flexibility in scheduling class sessions around your personal schedule.

Overview of the Program

Our sales licensing program is designed to work with any schedule.  The program consists of 18 sessions which are independent from each other and can be taken in any order. We offer morning, afternoon, evening and weekend classes and you have a maximum of 6 months to complete the program.

Enrollment Information:

Once you register and pay here online, you may begin at any class that is convenient for you.  Please bring a calculator and a pencil with you to every class.   Check our session calendar for upcoming classes.  You can filter the calendar to only see one campus at a time by clicking that campus on the calendar legend.  Calendars can be viewed by clicking this link or go to the Licensing tab and then to 'Session Calednars'.  We will have your enrollment papers and course materials waiting for you.  Arrive about 10 minutes before the class start time to allow for the enrollment process.  If you have any questions you can call us at 623-505-5380.  Your enrollment allows you to attend either of our campuses (Scottsdale and Peoria) at any time to complete the 18 sessions.  Our prelicense schedules are different at each location to allow students to complete the program faster if they choose or to make up a class they missed.  The class sign-in sheets will verify your attendance so you do not have to notify us.  Arizona law allows students to take a maximum of two (2) classes per day.
