Loan Originator Renewal

Arizona Academy of Real Estate is now offering the NMLS approved 8 hour Mortgage Loan Originator Continuing Education Course.  Upon completion of the course students will receive a certificate of completion and the credits will be uploaded to NMLS.

This course is taught by instructors who are mortgage industry professionals and covers the following continuing education topics as required by the SAFE Act:

1. Arizona Law
2. Residential Mortgage Fraud 
3. Ethics 
4. Non-traditional Mortgage Products 
5. RESPA 
6. Rules and Regulations 
7. Disclosure

Our fee is only $99 which includes the 8 hour class, all course materials and uploading to the NMLS System

(Note: The NMLS will issue a penalty of $25 per day for not renewing your LO license by the end of 2012.  After January 31, 2012, your license will be terminated and you will be required to complete the LO program again)
