ACCORDING TO THE ARIZONA DEPT. OF REAL ESTATE, YOU MAY ONLY TAKE ONE TEST PER DAY*

  • *This rule applies to sales prelicense students

    • Please select a date and time to reserve that time slot. Please select only the AARE campus you plan to attend (Peoria or Scottsdale). The number in the yellow box represents the testing seats still available. You may reserve only one time slot per day. You may book a timeslot up to 12 hours prior to your desired testing time.

    As a courtesy to other students who are testing, if you need to cancel please do so at least 12 hours prior to your scheduled time. Failure to do so will result in a $10 cancellation fee. If special circumstances prevent you from making your testing appointment and it is less than 12 hours prior to your scheduled time please call 623-505-5380.

    Requirement Changes In Effect for New Agents

    Licensees are now required to obtain a Security Clearance Card prior to getting a license.  An application form must be completed and submitted to the Department of Public Safety along with a fingerprint card and a money order for $69.  The waiting period can be between 4 weeks to 6 weeks.
