90 Hour Real Estate License Program

Overview

90 Hour Arizona Real Estate Licensing Course

Arizona Academy of Real Estate is accredited by the Arizona Department of Real Estate to offer the 90 hour sales licensing program. This course meets the requirements by the State of Arizona to become licensed to sell real estate in Arizona.

How It Works

Our Program is Simple! You can begin classes at any scheduled class....whenever it fits into your schedule!  You can attend any campus whenever you choose.  All you have to do is complete the 18 sessions and school test within 6 months and you are then ready for the State Exam!  That's what makes AARE's program the most flexible program in Arizona!

Here Are The Steps to Get Your Real Estate License!

  1. Register and pay online.  The tuition is $399 for the program, the course textbook and your school exam.

  2. Attend the 18 independent sessions.  You may attend the sessions in any order to fit your schedule at any of our four campuses.  Each session is 4 1/2 hours long.  You can take a maximum of two sessions per day.

  3. Once you are done with the 18 sessions you are ready to take our school test.  You only need an 80% or higher for a passing score and we will then give you a Certificate of Completion.  The certificate then qualifies you to take the Arizona state exam.  You only need a 75% or higher of each the National and State portion of the state exam to pass.

  4. Once you successfully complete the state exam you only have to complete the application and submit it to the Arizona Department of Real Estate with your Fingerprint Clearance Card.  That's it, you are now a real estate professional!

Of course, we are here to help you every step of the way.  We make sure all of our students have the information they need to pass the state exam...the first time!  See below on what some of our students have to say about the program!
